All Iyengar classes are structured as a framework for learning the foundations of yoga, and experiencing all of it’s gifts as and when you are ready.  Classes span beginners, general levels and intermediate sessions and gentle classes for those who welcome a slower pace and supported practice. These classes form the backbone of our practice pathways, and run every week in person and online throughout school term.


General Level I &II– In these classes we continue to focus on the blueprint yoga poses with more depth of instruction and adding more challenging asanas as the weeks unfold . Join us if you have completed your beginners yoga courses or if you have practiced yoga before.


Monday, Wednesday and Friday. AM & PM. 


Intermediate Level II– Suitable for those who have a regular yoga practice and are comfortable to explore inversions, and more challenging poses. If you are a new student to me please get in touch before coming to the class, likewise if you are unsure of the suitability of the class for your current needs.


Tuesday – PM 

Over 55’s– Slower paced and prop based posture class suitable for everyone. Ideal for our more senior students, if you are in recovery from illness, medical conditions requiring a little extra attention or just fancy a more supported slower pace. We will regularly look to opening the chest, mobilising the spine and connecting with breath to re-energise and revitalise mind and body.
