Phoenix Wellbeing aka Nix Barnaville is inviting you to join us from Thursday eve until brunch Saturday for some relaxation and rejuvenation at Court Farm lakes. Paddleboarding Adventures and Aerial Yoga and yoga on the earth with myself. An elemental programme of yoga on the earth, the water and in the air. Swim in the beautiful lake and enjoy some time for yourself.
Accommodation is in furnished shared Bell tents or we have a few spaces for BYO tent or camper van.
The weekend is fully catered from Thursday evening to Sat morning brunch by our onsite Cafe FIKA.
