July & August
“Asana is perfect firmness of body, steadiness of intelligence and benevolence of spirit”

Join me this summer as I host a series of three nourishing yoga workshops exploring the depth and heart of practice through the themes of Balance, Breath and Stillness.
Each session offers a unique focus, yet together they form a complete journey – from the grounding strength of alignment to the subtle flow of breath and into the deep rest of quiet presence.
Moving into Balance with Tamara Hockey
Sunday July 20th 10am – 2pm
The Mackenzie Hall, Brockweir, Lower Wye Valley.
We begin with the body; developing clarity, stability and lift through intelligent alignment. We shall explore how firmness and freedom go hand in hand – a steady body supporting a steady mind. We will introduce supported inversions to cultivate that steadiness and confidence to go upside down so you can find balance on and off the mat. Tamara who has been one of my most respected teachers for years returns to the forest this year after a month study in India to share the offerings of her experience and knowledge with us in her skilled, articulate, observant and creative style. So lucky to be hosting Tamara, not to be missed.
