PENNY

Penny began practising yoga in her early twenties, and it has been an important and evolving part of her life ever since. After retiring from running a busy village pharmacy in the Forest of Dean, she followed her passion for yoga and trained as an Iyengar Yoga teacher, inspired by its many physical and transformative benefits.

She continues to deepen her practice through regular classes, workshops and conventions with senior teachers, embracing yoga as a lifelong journey of learning and discovery.

Penny particularly values the peace, energy, strength and positivity that yoga brings to everyday life. Her love of plants, wildlife gardening and caring for the environment fits naturally alongside a practice that supports strength, stamina and flexibility.

Penny is a Level 1 Iyengar Yoga teacher.
