In our final Sunday together Zoë brought the weaving of the beginnings, the expansions, the directions, throughout our practice revealing that conscious connection of our yoga lineage, the nature of spirit and matter all wrapped in asana and their expression within self. The story of Shiva’s bow, ‘Pinaka,’ enabled us all to thread the image through all our asana animating our whole experience beyond just physical shape. A true gift of a workshop.
