All classes include asana (posture) and relaxation. Restorative classes includes pranyama (breath conditioning) All classes are taught by myself, Kishe Redwood, experienced CIYT 2004.

The Iyengar method is very precise and transfers well to the online medium. The screen set up allows me to see all participants and offer corrections and see clearly where there are issues or difficulties needing individual attention. I can scan and spot issues confidently and alternatives are offered to suit different levels of ability. There is an online chat that enables you to ask for clarification which I can respond to directly.
January classes start on Monday 11th and are now available to book. Looking forward to seeing you to rekindle our connection and welcoming those new to yoga and the Iyengar method at our classes in the Forest of Dean, the Wye Valley and globally on-line.

Safely improve your mobility, strength and balance under my experienced guidance . Cultivate a clearer mind and stronger body each week through a series of postures that improve full locomotion. This class is suitable for all who need a little extra attention or recuperation, where props are used regularly to undo restrictions and so enhance our practice.

Unwind, restore, relax. Find stillness through a range of supported longer held postures and yogic breath practices. Everyone welcome.

I just want to drop you a line to say how amazing your zoom classes have been since the dreaded lockdown. Whilst ‘real’ classes will always win the ‘Zoom’ classes do have some benefits, mainly I can grunt & groan & moan without disturbing everyone else!
I have loved doing the zoom classes, especially Fridays restorative, it’s so good to be able to stay in the zone after the class and not have to get in the car!
Your zooms have been my saviour….eternally grateful for them and they will always be in the forefront of my positive memories of the lockdown.
