Beginners courses – For complete beginners and those returning from a break in practice. Introduces you to many of the foundation asanas preparing you to build on the postures, anatomy and physiology of yoga. The courses are 4 weeks duration.
General Level II – In these classes/ course we continue to focus on the blueprint yoga poses with more depth of instruction and adding more challenging asanas as the weeks unfold . Join us if you have completed your beginners yoga courses or if you have practiced yoga before.
Intermediate – Suitable for those who have a regular yoga practice and are comfortable to explore inversions, Sirsasana and Sarvangasana and more. If you are a new student to me please get in touch before coming to the class, likewise if you are unsure of the suitability of the class for your current needs.
Seniors – Yoga class for the changing needs of the mature body. Slower paced, prop based posture work to encourage flexibility where there is stiffness, aliveate discomfort where there is pain, connect muscle to bone where atrophy has crept in, opening the chest mobilising the spine and connecting with breath to reenergise revitalise mind and body.
