Explore the blueprint poses in more depth and incorporate some of our more challenging asana and weekly inversions in this evening class for those with a regular yoga practice. This is your next step in moving inward on your yoga journey. You will have full Iyengar kit and a good knowledge of the ways to use it!
Wednesdays – Live stream via Zoom
8am – General
BEFORE (!) that morning cuppa set yourself up for the day with our mid week class that will explore all our locomotion and mobility through the carefully planned and practiced sequences whose affects reach into our physiology, psychology, breathology and pranaology without us even knowing. Magic!
5.45pm – General Level II – CURRENTLY ON HOLD
Re-set after a day at work getting you in touch with your body and stilling the mind. The gift of yoga has this wonderful way of being perfect for what you need at that time. You will have already completed the beginners course and be familiar with the Iyengar method or have a regular yoga practice. This is the evening version of the morning class.
7.45pm – 9am Beginners Course. CURRENTLY ON HOLD
This course is booked in advance. The second instalment of our twelve week introduction to yoga and the Iyengar method. Students join us who are beginners, refreshers, or just new to the method. An essential entry point to general classes.

9.30am – Seniors class;
For the changing needs of the maturing body and mind. Postures for strength, mobility and balance, breath awareness and relaxation. We love using props and supports to gain the optimum benefits of this wholistic practice WHICH MEANS THIS IS ALSO AN IDEAL CLASS TO DROP INTO WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS, PREGNANACY OR FOR A POST ILLNESS RE-SET!
5.45pm – General Level ll class;
Sidle in from work and drop onto your mat, get in touch with your body after a day at the office. I am here to guide you in 90 mins of yogic oneness!! This class offers you the same guidance as the Wednesday session just on Thursday!!

9.30am – Beginners level I class; CURRENTLY ON HOLD
So you’re a beginner, or maybe you’ve had a regular practice and want a refresh, this is the place for you! Sequenced introduction to postures, breath and relaxation. Those students who attend our Friday morning class in Brockweir will be at home here !
6pm – Restorative class;
Grab your yoga kit and prepare to enter your skin. An end of week class encouraging relaxation restoration and an exploration into pranayama, breath awareness and control. All welcome. This class is always brought to you online, from my house to yours.x
