Nothing works quite like yoga to bring you back to your essential nature, your true self. Loving yourself and others keeps you healthy. The feeling of love in your heart creates a life sustaining environment a collective emotional desire among all your cells to be truly alive, if you will.
Yoga can help you find that love from the inside. Standing poses offer the strength you need to ‘ stand on your own two feet’. Backbends help you stay open to and flexible in challenging situations. Inversions teach you to stay centred even when your life turns you upside-down. Balancing poses remind you that you can stay focused and balanced in the midst of stress. Forward bends and restorative poses offer you a safe haven to return to yourself and replenish yourself.
Taking my yoga classes can serve as a personal growth lab, I hope that the lessons you learn through your practice can be applied to daily life. I will always encourage you to practice on and off the mat with love in your heart and a smile on your face!
