This is the evening version of the morning class. Setting the pace for the end of the week by focusing on a series of asana that will put you in touch with all the systems of the body. Physical practice, breathing freely and relaxation mould together to bring a fully rounded balanced foundation to springboard you into your weekend with energy and light. Please get in touch first if you are a complete novice to yoga or the Iyengar method.
