Yes, will be re-opening a number of face-to-face classes at our community venues here in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. I feel completely blessed to have been able to continue to bring us together in Yog through technology, but I have so missed not meeting you in the skin! Glance over the summer blended timetable below and then get you fingers in motion to head over to book your classes with yours truly!
Our Monday morning active class will stay online as will our Friday evening wind down. All new in person beginners course starts on Wednesday 2nd June.
We remain on Zoom for our seniors class on a Thursday morning ( please attend the Friday class if you would like to practice in person) We will also continue our online presence on a Thursday evening, feel free to join us at any time.
If you have not yet acquired your Iyengar Yoga kit please get in touch to order new (or nearly new); mats, blocks, bricks, belts, blankets, bolsters and chairs. I am happy to deliver locally.
Mondays 7.45am – Active Livestream Class
A more stimulating sequences of movements to raise energy, shake off lethargy and improve the blood circulation. Suitable for all levels without injury or medical conditions. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Tuesdays 7pm – Intermediate Class
Explore the blueprint poses in more depth and incorporate some of our more challenging asana and weekly inversions in this evening class for those with a regular yoga practice. This is your next step in moving inward on your yoga journey. You will have full Iyengar kit and a good knowledge of the ways to use it!
Wednesdays 7.45am – General class
Before that morning cuppa set yourself up for the day with our mid week class that will explore all our locomotion and mobility through the carefully planned and practiced sequences whose affects reach into our physiology, psychology, breathology and pranaology without us even knowing.
And in the evening… 5.45pm – General (All levels) Class
Why not make this unmissable in your week! A class packed with inspiring teaching that invites you to evolve as a human being through yoga posture.
7.45pm – Beginners Course Wednesday June 2nd – June 23rd
A comprehensive introduction to yoga and the Iyengar method. We start afresh every month and you are asked to book and attend one class a week for 4 weeks. Students join us who are beginners, refreshers, or just new to the method. An essential entry point to general classes.
Thursdays 9.30am – All Levels Livestream Class – Seniors encouraged to attend!
Particularly suiting the changing needs of the maturing body and mind. Postures for strength, mobility and balance, breath awareness and relaxation. We love using props and supports to gain the optimum benefits of this wholistic practice WHICH MEANS THIS IS ALSO AN IDEAL CLASS TO DROP INTO WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS, PREGNANACY OR FOR A POST ILLNESS RE-SET!
And in the evening…5.45pm – General Level ll Livestream class;
Sidle in from work and drop onto your mat, get in touch with your body after a day at the office. I am here to guide you in 90 mins of yogic oneness!!
Fridays 9.30am All levels open class.
You are invited to attend this popular class that can challenge you but with a little extra attention at this in-person session from yours truly I sincerely hope you will find freedom in your restrictions and depth to your study.

Grab your yoga kit and prepare to enter your skin. A end of week reset encouraging relaxation restoration and an exploration into pranayama, breath awareness and control. All welcome. This class is always brought to you on line from my house to yours.
