Iyengar Yoga is an ongoing process of refinement. Your understanding gradually deepens as you continue your practice. In the Level I course we will build on our blueprint poses to explore twists, balancing in new standing poses, back and forward bending and building abdominal strength. Preparations in inversions will continue.
The Level I course is designed to help you comfortably progress in yoga giving you the understanding, tools and confidence to continue at general level II and intermediate classes.
This course open to everyone and runs through the second half of each term for a duration of 6 weeks.

Open to beginners course graduates, those new to Iyengar yoga, and students needing a refresher to kick start practice again.
