When we look after our health we will be rewarded by a health pregnancy and delivery. It is absolutely essential for a woman to maintain her physical and mental well being both for herself and for the child within.
It is important to allay any fear of yogasana in pregnancy, quite the contrary, yogasana are non violent, strengthen the pelvic muscles and improve blood circulation in the pelvis and throughout the body, the uterus is excercised to become strong and to function more efficiently and the spine is strengthened, together making the time of pregnancy bearable.

The courses are structured to compliment the 2nd (weeks 17-29) and 3rd (weeks 30-40) trimester.
Each is 6 weeks in duration and continue for each of the three months of the trimester. We enhance our strength and inner balance focusing on widening and stretching the pelvis and the sides of the body, awaking the spine in back extensions and quietening the systems in restorative programs.
These are intimate classes to maintain absolute attention on each mother-to- be preparing you for a natural and easy birth.
