Wow, I did my first zoom session with Kishe at Wildwood Yoga this morning.
I should’ve tried it months ago. Like for many people, lockdown threw out many of my routines and I even ended up storing stuff in my yoga space at home. Yoga well and truly went out the window as did a lot of my self care routines.
Last week, I felt particularly rubbish and decided to get back in touch. I booked a session despite being unsure how it would be online. If you’re wondering the same TRY IT!! It was amazing.
Kishe is her usual brilliant self, excellent guidance and checking in with everyone. She does clear demonstrations , works with us and also checks on all of us through her screen to give individual corrections and support.
Honestly amazing. Even though we weren’t all physically together there was still a beautiful shared, respectful and supportive energy. It’s truly powerful and I felt the best I’ve felt all year.
Thank you Kishe and thank you fellow Yogis. Can’t wait to do it again next week, or sooner !!
I just want to drop you a line to say how amazing your zoom classes have been since the dreaded lockdown. Whilst ‘real’ classes will always win the ‘Zoom’ classes do have some benefits, mainly I can grunt & groan & moan without disturbing everyone else! Kishe you have done a great job with your online class and even when the halls are back I think the online classes will still have a place
I have loved doing the zoom classes, especially Fridays restorative, it’s so good to be able to stay in the zone after the class and not have to get in the car!
I wasn’t sure if online yoga would work but it does! I sometimes get frustrated that I can’t do what I think should be possible. I do keep smiling through though. I enjoy my yoga and I’m glad I can continue my practice.
Your instruction is always very clear and thought through. I’m even beginning to know some of the names of the asanas … And what I should be doing!!

Many thanks Kishe … loved the class today – feel so much better. I think class is a good level for me to understand how you work so I’ll stick with Wednesday morning. I may also try your restorative class on Friday.
I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying your yoga sessions. They give a great structure to the week and you do them so well! It’s wonderful to be able to do 2 a week and no travelling, it makes getting to the sessions completely stress free so weirdly I am in a better place than the live sessions. Your teaching is great, very straightforward, no messing about and yet good individual instruction. A really really big thank you for helping us all through a difficult time.

Really lovely class this morning. It’s giving me a good midweek focus in these uncertain times.
Your zooms have been my saviour…….eternally grateful for them and they will always be in the forefront of my positive memories of the lockdown.
