Attending in-person classes
ON ARRIVAL
If the car park is full please park in the road opposite adjacent to the woods.
If you are feeling unwell or have a temperature, please stay at home. Please enquire with me if you are unsure.
ON ENTRY
Register, pay and let me know of any medical issues or menstruation.
Bring your own water bottle .
Please arrive in the clothes you wish to practise in (where possible).
IN THE HALL
Limited capacity – a maximum of 10 people will be allowed in the hall at once to begin with. Without social distancing measures we can actually have more and I will increase the numbers when restrictions are lifted.
Gather your mat and any equipment you may wish to use. I do have all the equipment available but I encourage you to bring your own. To purchase a basic kit, shoulder stand and restorative kit please visit my shop or purchase from a reputable yoga dealer. Do not look for cheap kit it represents a false economy as the props will be the wrong size, thickness, not grippy, not long enough wide enough etc…For my money I would want the best quality for best price for best practice.
Shoes left at the entrance, phones must be switched off and stored out of sight. Better not to bring phones at all or leave in your car.
Bring a warm layer of clothing – windows may remain open during the class.
DURING THE CLASS
For the time being there will be no hands on adjustments unless agreed but I will move around the room to give individual verbal adjustments.
AFTER CLASS
Please respect each other when leaving the room.
I hope to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Know that your yoga practice is an essential service, boosting immunity with every session. Please keep your practice a priority in your life.
Thank you for all your support and I look forward to seeing you on your mat soon.
