IN THE HALL
Limited capacity – a maximum of 12 people will be allowed in the hall at once to begin with. With social distancing measures we can actually have more and I will increase the numbers over the coming weeks.
Bring your own mat and any equipment you may wish to use. I do have all the equipment available to use but if possible, bring your own. Kit used will be quarantined for 48 hours and chairs will need to be wiped down after use. To purchase basic, shoulder stand and restorative kit please visit the shop or purchase from a reputable yoga dealer like Yoga Matters.
Shoes left at the entrance, phones switched off and stored out of sight.
Bring a warm layer of clothing – windows may remain open during the class to improve air circulation.
DURING THE CLASS
You will gather all the kit necessary for practice on entering the hall. There will be no hands on adjustments. but I will move around the room to give individual verbal adjustments.
Please respect social distancing when leaving the room.
I hope to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Please listen to all my instructions and information to ensure everyone remains safe. Know that your yoga practice is an essential service, boosting immunity with every practice. Please keep your practice a priority in your life.
