Really happy to invite you to attend our gentle classes on Thursday and Friday mornings. A class to safely improve your mobility, strength and balance where we cultivate a clear quiet mind and stronger body each week through a series of postures that gently improve full locomotion and kindle a keen connection to breath. These classes are suitable for maturer students and for all who need a little extra attention or recuperation, where props are used regularly to support our efforts and undo restrictions and so enhance our practice.
