29 Jan Yoga holiday Sri Lanka!
SRI LANKA LUXURY YOGA AND SPA BREAK
15th May – 25th May inc.
What say you to an amazing luxury 10 day yoga and spa break on an organic spice farm in the heart of Sri Lanka in late Spring 2020 .
Heres a little of what to expect…..
All your luxury accommodation. The accommodations are predominantly double rooms ( you and your partner, discount for those not doing yoga) and a couple of much bigger family rooms to share for three lovely friends, or single occupancy which carries a room supplement.
FOOD!.. pre yoga fresh fruit and juices, brunch and 4 course dinner every day.
YOGA!.. two yoga classes every day.
HEALING, 2 hours of ayurvedic spa treatments.
JOURNEYS!… all transport costs in Sri Lanka (inc airport transfer). During the free time each day there are local ACTIVITIES including; guided walks and bike rides of farm, village, town and local temples, sri lankan cookery, spa treatments and every other day a tour of local cultural triangle sites including and elephant safari, tea plantation visit, Sigiriya the 8th Wonder of the World, and more….you could also just hang out at the pool!
Your investment ? Well, all of that for change out of a grand!! Bargain of the decade I think.
Additional costs will be your airfare and visa and things like special drinks or additional lunches or extra spa treatments ( but none of these are expensive)
So I reckon for a £1500 investment your end you will experience a very, very special trip indeed.
Heres the thing…. I have been looking for options to run a retreat for some time. I have looked at MANY! However, this one presented itself to me so that makes me feel it is the right one! We also have a student that has been to the retreat already with another Iyengar teacher so I have been lead through the whole trip and it honestly sounds too good to be true. One of the things I love about it is that it has been meticulously organised, no stone left unturned and short of booking your flight ( and you are given details of the correct flight to book) getting a visa and packing your swimmers and yoga shorts (too hot for leggings!) you just have to enjoy a luxury holiday in Sri Lanka….I have always wanted to visit Sri Lanka. I love predominantly Buddhist nations they have such beautiful energy, I have always wanted to wander with elephants, visit more Buddhist temples, drink fresh leaf tea, absorb a culture so close to India but yet quite different. I would like nothing more than to share this first experience of Sri Lanka and running a yoga holiday with those whom I know and hold close to my heart, you, my Wildwood yoga family. I believe I would be a good person to go on such a holiday with in-fact I’d go as far to say we’d have an awesome time together and our transformation as both individuals and as part of a greater connected group would be resplendent.
More details available when we start the booking process, for now though check your diaries and before you start booking next years’ holidays or time off work consider an spring break in the land of tea and spice and for 10 days yoga with yours truly !!
