14 Feb Yoga for Healthy Ageing. New class!
YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGEING (55+)
Thursday morning class 11.45am – 1pm
In these classes we will practice yoga that concentrates on body postures and breath work that support healthy ageing. An important focus of the classes will be stretching and strengthening of muscles which is beneficial to the joints, organs and circulation. We will be using props regularly including chairs and wall to provide ease, stability and balance. Regular practice will help release stiffness, re-establish inner balance, renew energy and restore health.
The class is suitable for anyone wishing a more gentle practice due to medical condition or low energy level.
